Rehabilitating the Belvedere Garden located on the bluff at Lake Forest Park Beach with native plants and working with the City of Lake Forest to repair the Stanley Anderson designed stairs and bathhouse; cleaning up the deteriorated greenhouse for students at the Neal Math & Science Academy; providing summer education interns for Lake Forest Open Lands; educating youth on the importance of local food sources and native plants: all are terrific gestures, but might not be possible without additional funding. Junior Garden Club of Lake Forest is ready to step in.
JGC is proud to offer annually a variety of grants for different purposes. Ranging from neighborhood plantings to educational gardens, we know that our members want to do their part in improving their community, but we also know it can be difficult to do without a helping hand. We want to help your idea come to life by completing the JGC Grant Request Form. If you would prefer to download and mail in the form, click here.
