We look forward to joining our friends from the Garden Guild of Winnetka who have graciously invited us to a special screening of Common Ground, a documentary film that won the 2023 Human/Nature Tribeca Film Festival Award.  The film is narrated by celebrities and features diverse farmers as it advocates regenerative agriculture for soil health and a better food system.

The film program starts at 9:30 AM and we can meet with Garden Guild of Winnetka members for coffee at the Garden View Cafe before the show.  Common Ground is one hour and forty five minutes long.  After the film, if you are interested, we can go to lunch together and see the Feelin’ Groovy Orchid Show.

While there is no charge for this event, you will be responsible for the costs of the optional activities - admission to the Orchid Show and lunch.

Parking at the Botanic Garden is $12 and can be purchased in advance (free to members).  If you are not a member, we encourage carpooling with a Botanic Garden member. It is advisable to purchase the orchid show ticket ($12) in advance.

The Junior Garden Club of Lake Forest is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.
